Refund policy

Because SheetFlow products are digital downloads (Google Sheets & Excel templates) delivered instantly, all sales are final and we are generally unable to offer refunds once a template has been delivered or accessed.

That said, we want you to be happy:

• Something not working? If a template is faulty, corrupted, or doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or, if we can't, issue a full refund.
• Bought the wrong template or a duplicate? Contact us before opening or copying the file and we'll help — swap it or refund it.
• Need help using it? Most "it's not working" issues are quick setup questions we can solve in minutes. Reach out before requesting a refund and we'll walk you through it.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
